Big Things have Small Beginnings

Big things have small beginnings.

This is a great quote by David, the android (a robot who looks and acts like a human) in Prometheus, the famous 2012 science fiction film by Ridley Scott. It was originally taken from Lawrence of Arabia and was very much suited to the occasion in Prometheus.

I was a bit confused because small things also have small beginnings. So how to differentiate big things from small things, both of whom have small beginnings.

I realized that it is the desire within that makes all the difference. To some extent, the right timing plays a significant role as well. But without desire, right timing does not matter. Without right timing, just a desire does not matter.

    Actually, it was a quote by T.E. Lawrence in the movie ‘Lawrence of Arabia’ who David looked up to ( he even combed his the same way the character )…
